Vendor Terms

Perfect Muslim Wedding is owned by K2 Vista LLC. This agreement represents the relationship between Perfect Muslim Wedding (‘We,’ ‘Us,’ ‘The Site,’ ‘The Blog,’ ‘PMW,’) and the vendor (‘You,’ ‘The Advertiser’). Please note these Vendor Terms constitute as your vendor contract. By submitting your listing and payment, you acknowledge you have read through this vendor contract. Your submissions thereby represent your electronic signatures.

Submission:

Submissions shall be made through PerfectMuslimWedding.com. You will then receive a response from PMW via email. Perfect Muslim Wedding reserves the right to refuse any submissions and listings. All submissions must be approved by Perfect Muslim Wedding. No downgrades in plan type may be made for the duration of the term of 365 days.

Edits:

We reserve the right to edit listings as we see fit. Edits may be for clarification or to correct any errors. However, edits are not limited to these cases alone. Depending on the plan chosen, the basic plan includes 2 free edits per term of 365 days. The premium plan includes unlimited edits per term of 365 days. All edits must be approved by Perfect Muslim Wedding.

Term of agreement:

Your listing will be live for a year (365 days) from the date of publishing.

Payment:

For your security, we will send your invoice via PayPal. You will then use PayPal to submit your payment.

Rates:

Your rate will be locked in for the duration of the term (365 days). We reserve the right to update rates for the next term. 

The Process:

  1. Agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document
  2. Choose your plan: Basic or Premium
  3. Submit your listing
  4. Receive approval from Perfect Muslim Wedding representative
  5. An invoice will then be sent via PayPal
  6. Submit payment
  7. A link to your listing will be provided to you for final approval
  8. Your listing is live for a year (365 days) from the date of publishing

Please note the process mentioned above may vary. Please also note that the information received in the submission will be made public on our website, blog, and social channels. Please do not include anything you wish not to be public.

Approval Process:

Approval may take anywhere between 24 hours to a week, depending on the number of submissions we receive. You will receive a notification via the email you used to submit your listing via perfectmuslimwedding.com.

Renewal

You will receive a notification when your renewal is due. If we do not receive a renewal payment after 15 days, your account and listing will be deleted. No further action required on your part. After 15 days, we are unable to reinstate your account and you must re-apply for a listing.

Photo Requirements:

Photos must be high-quality. No offensive content, no adult content, and no content that does not adhere to Islamic values. PMW reserves the right to deny or remove content that does not follow these guidelines. By submitting/emailing your images, you are allowing us permission to publish publicly on our website, blog and social channels.

Branding:

By submitting your photos, logo, and other branding materials, you are giving us a non-exclusive license to republish your photos, logo, and other branding materials on our website, blog, and social media channels. 

No Performance Guaranteed: 

Although we have a substantial following and exposure for your business, we cannot guarantee performance statistics and customer leads. No refunds will be processed if performance does not meet vendor standards.

Termination:

Perfect Muslim Wedding reserves the right to terminate a listing for any reason we see fit. If Perfect Muslim Wedding terminates a listing, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 days of termination. If you, the vendor would like to terminate, no refund will be processed.

Authorization:

The vendor (‘You’) agrees that you are the authorized representative of the particular business and owner of all proprietary rights, trademarks, copyright. This includes photos, social media accounts, email, website, and anything you provide us in your inquiry and submission.

A La Carte Services:

The process for our A La Carte services differs from the Vendor Guide process. You will simply inquire, tell us what you’re looking for and a representative from Perfect Muslim Wedding will reach out to you with the next steps. There are no refunds for A La Carte Services once Perfect Muslim Wedding and vendor have come to an agreement and payment is made. A La Carte Services are bound by the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

Promotion/Sales/Discount Codes:

Promotion, sale or discount codes can not be applied to an active listing or service.

Perfect Muslim Wedding reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it offers any of its services at any time, for any reason, and without notice, and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms.

By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms set forth in these Vendor Terms, User Account Terms, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
